Shared Value Partners advises Idex Group (Antin Infrastructure Partners) on the biggest energy project solar installation on an existing XXL warehouse asset in France
ESR Europe, the European platform of ESR Group (a Singapore fund), is collaborating with Idex Group, a market-leader in low-carbon energy solutions, to install 61,000 m² of photovoltaic panels on its XXL warehouse asset in Amiens Saint-Sauveur. SVP provides full support on Idex side to win & develop the project on a complexe real estate asset occupied by a renowned end-user for e-commerce
