ESR Europe, the European platform of ESR Group (a Singapore fund), is collaborating with Idex Group, a market-leader in low-carbon energy solutions, to install 61,000 m² of photovoltaic panels on its XXL warehouse asset in Amiens Saint-Sauveur. SVP provides full support on Idex side to win & develop the project on a complexe real estate asset occupied by a renowned end-user for e-commerce
